Key Computer
We bought a Lenovo Computer...then we had troubles with the keybord...send it to Key Computers, they send it to their supplier .. then they send it to Lenovo repairs....and after 2 months...2 months our claim to repiar the keyboard have not even been looked at....and Key Computers say ot may take another 2 to 3 months for the parts to get here....or we can pay R3800 for a new keyboard. My son do online school....and not once not once did Key Computers contacted me out of their own....NOT ONCE And I will not stop here...LENOVO COMPUTERS MUST ALSO KNOW

09 Sept 2021, 13:43We have been in contact with Mr & Mrs Muller and have supp**** them with a loan laptop. There has been a breakdown in communication between Lenovo and their repair centre which has lead to these delays. We have also had direct contact from the Lenovo product manager who has made a commitment to expedite the repair. We as Key Computers however continue to sit powerless in the middle between Mr & Mrs Muller, Lenovo and the repair centre.
