Lack of Delivery

Alain Van Achter was awarded a building/home alterations project June 2015. Deposit was paid upfront and workers started alterations - A number of mistakes were made due to minimal supervision. Alain changed working staff half way through and promises were made to correct the situation. A second deposit was paid and from that point on the delivery was virtually non-existent with parts of material delivered and nothing delivered to plan. Communication was non-existent with sms's with delivery promises and no delivery. Eventually I cancelled the project after 4 months of total aggrevation with monies in excess of R30 000 owed to me. No word from Alain who does not seem to be concerned with the threat of legal action at all. On further investigation a number of his clients have similar problems.
