<p>Terrible experience working with Alain Van Achter (Cell ********** ; from Key Building Solutions. Still trying to resolve a building dispute where he has taken 60% of payment upfront & dragged the project for weeks, after that abandoning the project, causing severe damages to my property in the form of bursting pipes, damaged drainage system, etc. I have come to realise that he suffers from a personality disorder known as Sociopathy with a compulsive lying disorder. He doesn't stop lying, but u wouldn't pick it up because he sells the business. He is well dressed, drives a good car, he walks in with highly expensive equipment and begins to sell you a lie. He says that he has the best team working for him, that his equipment is so state of the art and he is on site everyday. After 4 weeks, all that has been done is some unfinished electrical work, some plumbing, which began to leak and all pipes were connected wrong, toilet connected to hot water. A year later still not sign of him wanting to find a resolution. Don't believe him when he says he will sort it out. This is just his tactic to get you of his back for a couple of weeks.</p>
