Terrible service

Had my citroen ds4 repaired after an accident at key autobody pinetown panel shop and paid for all the spares. It's been 4 months and they still have not contacted me to replace my drivers side rubber door seal which was paid for. We've been there 3 times since receiving the car after repair and they've promised to call when the part arrives. Still no call, where's this part? My door rattles and water seeps in when exposed to rain. Job number: C17100
