you need to have a key cut, all the rental agents in Pta East will tell you, go to Smileys. Tried 2 other places and went back 5 times each. They just couldn't get it done.

Went to Smiley's and they got it right on the 2nd try. What was more, is that they didn't treat me like a nuisance like the other places did.
