Bad Services and not proffesional

Shawn came to my house to help me unlock my door as i had locked my key inside. In the process, he broke my door handle and tried putting it together same day. The following day, when i came back, i could not open the door and had to access the house from my sliding door. When i called him and his boss today, they were aggressive and shouting on the phone that there was no way they broke my handle. When i spoke to Shawn he was shouting and when i asked him not to shout at me, he hanged up the call on me.
