Poor service!!!!

Finally got a response after so many emails, now I'm being told..to either go to court or settle my accounts and send them the paid up letters and they will send me the clearance letter.

The outstanding account I was told, the contract was destroyed cos it was taken before 2010 and that it will reflect on my name for 2 years..this was in 2014 it now 9 years later and far as I know it should be prescribed and the flag should be removed!
