Pathetic Service

Key 2 Debt Freedom - Vereeniging. I went under debt review on 16 July 2016 and came out under debt review end of September 2020. Now, I'm struggling to get my clearance certificate from them for over two months now and clear my name at ITC. I have paid them R460 a month aftercare fees for over 4 years, that comes to R22 080 for 4 years. You never get any feedback from them via phone, mail, sms or WhatsApp. It's the most terrible service I had receive from any company is SA. They ignore you like a stop street and there personal can't resolve your issues. It's the most pathetic service that one can receive in your lifetime. Some of my the accounts that was under debt review went into arrears. I suggest when anyone want to go under debt review, please make sure you avoid key 2 debt by any means necessary and at all costs !!
