Debt review

I joined key 2 debt freedom on the 26th of March 2014..at the time I have the below accounts. Joshua doore? Truworths, Woolworth, Nedback and Jet. I then realized that my accounts were not being paid and I was paying key 2 debt R2500 a month. When I tried to cancel the refused and said I should send them my paid up letters to all my creditors. I paid off Jet, Woolworth and truworths. I then lost my job and informed them..they did not respond. A few years later I tried again to cancel since the remaining 2 accounts have now been prescribed still no response. This company is unprofessional! I regret wver coming across them
