Cancellation of contract not cancellee

I asked for assistance in 2015, but the installment was too high. They told me that I can not cancell, I have to pay a callecation fee. No contract was signed and money was deducted from my account, as I emmediatly stop this as soon as I heard the amount that was going to be paid every month. 6 years later, I found out that they still have me listed as under debt review, whereas no instalment was ever deducted and paid to my debtors as I made arrangements myself directly to my debtors. I have queried this and have not recieved a respons from them
