Poor Quality / Worse service.

I bought Kexin geysers online. The geyser are of extremely poor quality. The one leaks water like you won’t believe from a small valve that constantly need adjusting. Litres of water wasted daily. The second geysers heat sensor only lasted a week. I phoned Kexin East London and spoke to Donovan. He was supposed to phone me back after speaking to the technician. He never did and said he got the number wrong. Twice after that he also did not phone back. He revered me to Ayanda the technician and I phoned him while he was in public transport on his way home. He explained to me over the phone how to bypass the sensor. He said I must check that the geyser does not overheat, difficult to do when you are in the shower and the geyser outside. He said after they they will courier a replacement sensor. I am still waiting, that was 13 May 2022. I mailed the, and explained that I am still waiting for the sensor. The mail is unanswered. Currently the geyser does not ignite at all. I am back on electricity. I will not recommend the Kexin geyser to anyone.
