Kew lofts **** stay away

Do yourself a favour and dont rent at Kew Lots in Kew Johannesburg. My wife and I stayed there for +- 2 years without missing rent and always paying rent before it's due. On the 31st of December 2020 my wife and I moved and cleaned the flat, nothing was broken. After we had moved the care taker Lawrence tells us that he will do an inspection and we will sign the document in order for us to receive our deposit. We waited two weeks for the document... still have not received anything from the care taker. A week later my wife receives a document from urban estates that show our deposit which was R5150 cut to R3193. Apparently R1250 was for damages. My wife sent emails to the Admin lady Lerato asking her to indicate what did we damage exactly and we still have not received a response l. When I asked Lawrence about the inspection he says he submitted it, when I ask for a copy this was his WhatsApp response -copy paste- " I tried to get it but it's with the person who does payments I can not access it" I wish I could attach screen shots of what I'm talking about. Kew lofts is a **** Urban estates is a ****. Do yourself a favor and stay away. They are very helpful when your are about to rent out but when you leave they try milk out as much as they can from you.
