Kevro does not even deserve a star. Prior to the whole system changeover debacle, things were not great and despite many kind emails suggesting how my relationship with Kevro can be improved, nothing has changed. It is of course far worse now. They ask you if you want to cancel a 3-month delayed order to which you say yes and then they still cant do it - 1 month later it is still on the system as an active order. Refunds take longer than 6 months (and counting). They don't communicate and get back to you unless you hound and have made no effort to reciprocate in any way for the loss of business to their resellers thanks to their mess ups!
