Kevro - very dissapointed

Moved premises over December and systems STILL not up and running. No indication of lead times, no answer from sales rep, Orders cancelled, Staff stressed out beyond words, loss of customers on my side due to non-delivery. CEO sends email after email apologizing but not helping at all - As a loyal customer for almost 13 years all I can say is I'm so dissapointed. In our industry Your image directly impacts my image. Not long and Kevro will be our of business at this rate. :(
