Kevro / Barron bad for business and loss of clients guaranteed

Kevro / Barron is one of the worst suppliers any small business can use. They are unprofessional and totally useless. My orders got stuck for weeks with no real reason given as to what the problem is. I made endless calls to them and send complaining emails to try and get some reaction from them to obtain my stock to no avail. They keep sending the couriers away without stock. They promise to look into the matters but don't. I lost two big consistent clients due to Kevro. For any business out there like me.... don't use Kevro/Barron - And yes I still did not receive the stock to date even though it was paid. I ended up buying from another supplier just to deliver to clients. The stock I could not find with other suppliers - well lets hope my business survives this - Kevro is very bad for business. Be careful.
