DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS EVER

Do not - and I repeat, do not pay their sign up fee and think your business will bloom. Please please please use a DIFFERENT supplier for reselling. This company is failing dismally. They retrenched all their staff and the ones they kept are useless. It took me two weeks to get anywhere with a potential order. I then ordered a sample (UNBRANDED I MUST ADD) took a few days of pestering to actually get a proforma invoice to pay to pay for the sample. Over three weeks and my client has not received this sample (after constant promises that it would be delivered the next day blah blah blah) They refuse to give me a Managers contact details and instead keep making excuses. I have lost out on a huge order as the client does not want to do business with me anymore. They make their resellers look *********** and we are always sitting with egg on our face. Please do NOT register with this company - they are most definitely going to be liquidating soon.
