Dissapointing Service

Kevro is really a dissapointment at the moment. Have just sent my driver to collect my order after recieving a sms to notify me its ready. Upon arrival at Kevro no parcel available, and no body at collections knows what going on ....... also bearing in mind I am situated 200km from Jhb, so that was a total loss sending driver to collect and return empty handed. When I tried phoning there is no answer at Kevro....... after trying 6 times, I just gave up. Does not even help complaining to management because they are just as rude and unhelpful.
