Bad service

I went to kevkor Kimberley at 9am I wanted 4 wheel barrow wheels I was told they cost R153 each but can't get booked out because there's more in stock then what's reflecting on there system so I agreed to come back at 12 when I got there still not sorted at 4 I phoned to find out if they where ready I was told everything's ok I can come and collect now each wheel cost R350 each after 20 min of explaining this is not the price I was quoted now the price is dropped to R225 I must say your service is horrible
