Paving by Kevin Tar GSM Tarmac & Paving

Kevin, the owner of the above company has demonstrated that he is an unreliable person. I engaged him in 2016 to pave with tar a large portion of my property. A week later problems started appearing. I communicated these problems to him and he came through to see them. These problems were the poor workmanship resulting in the tar becoming loose and cracks started forming of which it was pointed out that he did not use sufficient cement and compact the tar to ensure stability. even the spraying of the ****s around the pool area was a disastrous exercise as the desired results did not materialize. I have been contacting him via various means i.e. phone , text and even a visit to his premises and all I received was promises to come but end up not coming through. I even threatened him with legal action hoping that it might spur him to honour his promises. This shows how little he thinks of his customers. I have paid him handsomely without any problems from my side but all I got was a service that has left me angry and frustrated. It is now 2 years later and still no joy. He has now stopped taking my calls and responding to my text messages. I am seriously considering taking legal action against him and his company. I have kept all written correspondence that I've had with him. To anyone wanting to use his services I say be warned. You might find yourself in in a similar position like mine.
