bad treatment towards their customers

They don't welcome customers in such a manner that you'll feel welcome and worse while the lady she's busy with you on the other side she's having another conversation with a colleague, to add on that she continues the gossip on phone with the other friend while I'm waiting in front of the desk for assistance and she doesn't even realise what she's doing its wrong
