No delivery. No response

I paid for a copy of The Paint Contractors Business Manual by Kevin Mc Greer [URL Removed] on 2 April 2015. I didn't receive any acknowledgement of my order, but thought nothing of it. It is almost a month now and I still haven't received the book with CD. I have sent numerous emails which, although I have read receipts for all of them, have gone unanswered. My telephonic messages have also been ignored. I eventually got hold of them on Monday of last week and they told me the book would be delivered on Tuesday. Still nothing
