Kevin Lottering electrician reg no 34520 issued a COC 23/ 10/2018 to the previous owner of a home I bought. Upon having a new COC done on the property it came to light that he had ******* connections within the DB box, no bonding on geyser, and also not connected to earth leakage.

I made contact and asked him to settle the bill for the repairs which he refused to do.

He is not a member of the ECA. What would be the proses to report him. He should not be doing electrical work and putting innocent peoples lives in danger.
