To buy or not to buy, HORRID Contractors!

These guys go on lock down during the snagging phase of a new development in an estate and leave roofs with holes in them and geysers that have not been turned on in the ceiling, with no contact at all. No one cares if your house is flooding or if you can't shower.

They ignore your calls, they change job roles very often, email address change, no one is at fault and no one wants to fix it. Everything becomes your problem and you need to sort it out.

I strongly suggest saving yourself grey hairs, not wasting money buying property here. Next step for me is seek legal action on the money we have wasted here and possibly getting paid for doing their jobs.

Don't even try get hold of the main developer, he is inaccessible at all times.
