Bad service

At 1st when I app**** for bondability cover with Nedbank, a consultant from KEVEKO Investment contacted me and was very helpful. After I've accepted the cover I've tried to get hold of the consultant as my premium was never debited from my account and was told it will be debited once the bond is registered. The bond was registered 2 months ago and still, nothing has been debited. Send numerous emails and made phone calls but no reply.
