His word means nothing

This review applies specifically to the vehicle dealership side of Kevarn Auto, not the car wash business; the workers at the carwash seem lovely, kind and friendly folk. My partner and I spent weeks negotiating in good faith with Anesh over a Mercedes GLC which we had independently inspected (at our expense), insured, prepared payment for and arranged work schedules and logistics around. Throughout the process, we were repeatedly reassured that the deal was proceeding and that the vehicle was effectively ours pending final collection. Then, on the very morning we were meant to collect the vehicle, we were informed that a family emergency had arisen and that the handover would need to be postponed. Out of genuine human sympathy, we responded with patience, empathy and understanding over the following week, repeatedly accommodating delays while continuing to receive cer*****ies that the sale would proceed once things settled. After all of that, we were ultimately told that, while Anesh was away, a previously unmentioned “partner”, who could've assisted us during this time, had sold the vehicle to another buyer for more money. Readers of this review may draw their own conclusions from that sequence of events. I will simply say this: in vehicle sales, a dealer’s word matters. We organised finances, insurance, inspections, transport and work commitments around repeated promises that this sale was secure. In the end, our fidelity and commitment meant nothing to Anesh and Kevarn Auto. For me, the most disappointing part of this entire experience was not even losing the vehicle itself, but the collapse of trust. A person’s word is their oath. Throughout this process, Anesh repeatedly gave us his assurance, word and honour that the vehicle was ours and that the sale would proceed. We acted accordingly, in good faith, every step of the way. Ultimately, those assurances and promises proved worth less than a slightly higher offer from elsewhere, without even the chance to consult us about it if he needed to renegotiate the price. That is not how honourable business should be conducted. Buyer beware, Anesh's word and Kevarn Auto cannot be trusted and their lack of basic humanity is the badge of their dishonour.
