Worst travel experience
I am writing this to express my deep disappointment regarding the poor level of service my friends and I experienced this past Saturday. What was supposed to be an exciting trip turned into an incredibly stressful and disorganised ordeal. Key Issues: Extreme Delays & Poor Communication: We were told the pickup was at 09:30, yet we only departed two hours later. There was zero communication from the coordinators while we and our friends waited at the pickup point. Disorganized Logistics: We were taken to Arcon Park with no explanation provided. A journey that should have taken less than an hour ended up taking over four hours due to unnecessary stops and waiting for other vehicles. Service Failures: Professional photography was advertised as part of our package. However, the photographers were taking photos at the mall but ignored us at the actual venue. We had to specifically ask them to do their jobs. Lack of Accountability: Because of the delays, our time at the venue was severely limited. When we raised these concerns with the staff (Kabelo), nobody offered an apology. Instead, they were defensive and dismissive of our experience. We left the venue later than mentioned,which then caused us to be left stranded as women at our respective drop off points!!! A service provider should prioritize their guests' experience and time. Based on this lack of care and professionalism, I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a seamless or enjoyable trip.
