They lie about 5 to 7 working days to deliver your order, am still waiting a month later

Bad service, poor customer service, misleading and not trustworthy , they are quick to take your cash but don't delivery the service they promise, i placed an order on the 30 July and today is the 9 September 2020 and i still haven't received my exclusive deal as advertised on the internet, they lie and have the same story every time when i send them emails,
