******** beware of Ketovratu South Africa

I saw an ad about the Ketovatru for trial and you only pay R70 for shipment. I placed an order as you well given a choice to opt out should you wish. I immediately canceled the order and I got an email confirming that my account has been canceled and that no further deductions will take place. 17 June 2020 an amount of R1400 was deducted from my bank account. I can't get any assistance from their customer service. They indicated that one of their agent will call me to arrange for a refund but nothing. I will gladly appreciate that these ******** can be stopped. I will appreciate if I can get a refund.
