I was sent a reminder to check out my Keto order that wasn't completed, but it will be 50% off now, so the amount was only R35, but as ure still busy paying for the R35 suddenly R956,63 gets deducted and suddenly there is additional costs for monthly subscription etc as well. What the heck. I sent an email to *** & upon reading somewhere I found a *** number and called it, thinking nobody would answer. Cindy Siboa (if real) answered the call but there was such an up and down haggle as they dont want u to cancel this order they want to send u some bottles so you dont get a full refund etc..this is such a huge ****. I feel so stupid and cheated. I at least got an email from *** stating that my order no..*** has been cancelled as per my request and there should be no further charges. So there is no mention of my refund. Such a loss.
