I have just read reviews by various people on the above product which I also purchased March month on the basis of the vendor*****t by KETOVATRU and it being FREE apart from postage R70. This was advertised on facebook by a spin wheel competition. I've cancelled the order the next day. Have since been debited for a second time and have not yet received anything due to the Lockdown. No product was received. I have contacted the company via email on numerous occasions and also get the standard reply that my account has been cancelled but they cannot do anything about refunding my money, someone from the Call centre will contact me in this regard. Well, numerous phone calls have either gone unanswered, or once answered gave some garbled message about not being able to hear me and cut the call. The total amount of R3 328.32 has since been deducted from my CC and the only response I continue receiving from *********** is: We assure you that your Ketovatru account has been canceled, and there will be no further charges to your account. However, we are unable to process your refund request online. One of our customer service representatives will call you on the phone number you provided at the time of your purchase **********. If this is not the correct phone number to reach you on, please provide us with an updated phone number so we can call you to discuss your refund request. We apologize for the inconvenience. No one has contacted me yet. I have threatened them with legal action as am out of pocket to the tune of OUTSTANDING R3 981.49 - HANDLING FEE R 70 Refund Total should be R3 911.49 in total. I did report the transactions on my credit card. I'm hoping you can help me. N Pienaar
