Ketovatru not honoring their online purchase agreement

I saw an advert on Facebook and proceeded to purchase the ketovatru online. They advertised R70 for the shipping but then deducted R2010.29. I then sent them the following message.... I would like to put on record that the information on your email is incorrect and I immediately want the supposingly 16 week challenge money to be refunded. I am happy to pay for the R70 shipping fee which was advertised. You said I took this option and **** to me. I attached a copy of the photo I took before I pressed submit for the order. It says R0 for the 16 week challenge so please honor the advert. I trust you will refund the amount. No response then I took it up with my bank. They refunded the overdeductef amount and told the bank they will keep the R70 as the package was shipped already. Three months later I am still waiting. They have now stopped corresponding.
