Ketovatru

I am extremely disappointed in this and very angry with them, I ordered this product of Face Book, placed my order which came to R150 on the 16th June 2020, I still have not received the product! Then on the 17th July a transaction of R755.33 was taken off my account, I reported this with my Banks ***** department which they cancelled my card and I had to go and get a new card. With investigation it comes down to Ketovatru taking off a monthly subcription fee which was not mentioned in any form, I then phoned their support line and I was told that I can cancel with a further charge! I lost my **** and they cancelled it but now I am battling to get my refund from Ketovatru which is a total of R905.33, I keep on getting the same answer that somebody will phone because they don't do refunds online. All I want is my refund from these people who lie and ***** hard working peoples monies, This Ketovatru is a huge **** and they do *****. I would really like my money bac****!
