********** Phishing

These guys just started deducting money off my bank account, literally 3 transactions within 10 seconds, and i didnt place orders, who are they and then they still have the cheeck to send me an invoice? Really? Please can someone tell me who they are and why are they just taking money out of peoples bank accounts (where do they get the details from in any case?)
