Firstly after not informing me of them just adding a 16 Week Diet Plan to my Keto tablets order, which I paid R1800 for, I contacted support several times for the error and requested a refund. They keep on having excuses to not give me a refund for the challenge which I didn't ask for in the 1st place. It has been 8 weeks since my order, numerous emails to support and I haven't even received my original order to date.
