Big Time ******** ******

Big Time ********!!! they ask you for R70 for a promotion bottle of Ketovatru which is supposedly the shipping fees and then proceed to withdraw an mount of R936.56 from my card. They have an automated call centre which is not South African and they do not answer. E-mails come back with the same reply stating that they will get someone to contact me as they can't refund the money in the account with just the details I used to pay. Bulldust off course. I cancelled the order within minutes yet of the payment going off.since I still have not received my refund till today.
