Pathetic service provided I am writing to you as a very upset customer, I cancelled my order within 24 hours and all your customer service can say is that they are not able to cancel this order, I DO NOT want this shipment, this is not the way a company should be handling customer queries, I want my full refund immediatly I am not prepared to wait any further, this is a disgrace. I then receive a email stating that I must now wait for this shipment and then return it using a trackable method, WHY SHOULD I be paying more money just to return a shipment I do not want and canceled? I will not sign for this shipment and will be reporting your company as *****.

I do not understand how a company cannot intervene a shipment and cancel it.
