Highly disgusted with the treatment and non payment of my refund

Disgusting!!!! My parcel was registered and receipted as returned on 09 January 2020 by Quickbox who are the 3rd party logistics company for Keto Pure Diet. Quickbox confirmed by email their receipt of the returned item. I am due a refund of approximately $198.00 USD. I am still waiting for my refund, today is 04/22/2020. How disgusting is that!!! If I could put NO STARS, I would. Don't ever deal with this company. I have emailed and phoned this company so many times I am sick of being disregarded. And the most abhorrent thing about all of this is that my husband has lost his job due to Covid 19 Corona virus and we are unable to eat. I believe the CEO or Manager of this company needs to phone me to sort this out.
