A huge huge ****

An unbelievably terrible business. Over A YEAR AGO, I ordered more bottles from Keto Pure Diet than I meant to, paying hundreds of euros more than intended. I was told by customer service to return the unwanted products, and I would get refunded. I returned them immediately, and was told that the refund was on its way. I was told I was "fully covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, and we stand behind our promise". After TWO MONTHS of no news, they told me that they were still waiting to receive my return, even though it had been delivered to them 2 months prior, with confirmation. I emailed them consistently to explain the situation again, and kept being told that either 'my refund was getting processed', or 'they were still waiting to receive my return' (somehow). Obviously my refund never came through, and I kept receiving the same automated replies saying they are 'sorry for the delay' etc. A horrible company that will ***** your money and then ignore you forever. I love how they're supported by the Norton Shopping Guarantee, and will somehow still ***** your money with no repercussions and no refunds. Please, save your money and don't ever do any business with the Norton Shopping Guarantee or Keto Pure Diet.
