Many people have been misled by their advert on Face Book – namely: “A free bottle of Keto Viante! pay for shipping only - R70.00 and delivery within 2 weeks”

I placed an order on 10 March 2019 and paid by credit card. Time past and no delivery. But, a charge of R1506.55 was made on my credit card by them on 26 March 2019, of which I only became aware on 3 April 2019.

I immediately contacted them by email and by phone, I cancelled my order and demanded they pay back my money, an agreement was reached between us that I had to pay a R31.17 cancellation fee.

On 4 April 2019 I checked my account and the amount of R1475.38 was deposited back into my account. But, later in the day they took off another R1543.52.

On contacting them again they now claimed that if an order of 1 bottle – R70.00 was not cancelled within 14 days, it automatically becomes an order for 1 month’s supply, thus the large amount. Apparently, this is in the small print (NOT ON THE FACE BOOK ADVERT) And to the day I have not received any products from them! I have handed them over to the police.
