Ive ordered Keto products on 11 October 2020, order number ***. Received a confirmation that my order was received and money was debited on my account. Was told that delivert will take approximately 7 to 10 days, was fine with that. Ten days passed by, did not received my products, send them email again , they keep on promising that the product its on its way. One month passed by, doing follow ups but nothing. I end up cancelling the order in November 2020, received an email confirming my cancellation, was told that refunds will take 10 days, waited and waited. Send them an email again following up. Also to note that they are quick to respond and make empty promises. On 20th December, send them another email again. Theyve responded by saying they are unable to to do refund on line, they customer service will contact me, but nothing. I really need to get my refund back, i cannot just loose that money, its a lot to me. Iam so disappointed on their service.
