Complaint/Refund Request from Ketso Premiere - URGENT

Good Day HeloPeter Team Compliments for the new season & year

Mt Dash Langa recently bought a product online from Keto Premiere in September 2020, they debited our account for the purchase and till to date he has not received the delivery for the product.

Since he hav not received the delivery, he then decided to cancel the deal and delivery therefore requesting for a refund.

Keto Première refuses to refund the money , they instead are promising that their consultant will contact Mr Dash Langa for further assistance and discussions.

Honestly speaking at this point he just wants his refund and nothing else ........ we are in the year Jan 2021 and still no one has tried to contact Mr Lange.

Is there anyway you could assist in getting this matter resolved as it has wasted so much time and energy trying to get ahold of this company just for a simple refund of R943.67. Please note that till today the product has not been delivered at the desired address which was emailed to them.
