Please be aware that the "month free trial just pay shipping" automatically subscribes you to a monthly supply of two of the products. About R1700 was charged on my credit card without me ordering anything but the month free trial. After contacting the customer care number I was able to cancel my monthly account that I did not sign up for in the first place. They were only willing to refund me on R785.52 with R936.65 still owing. I have repeatedly emailed and phoned them and they keep telling me that they will send a product (which I now don't want) but no refund of my money. To date no product no refund. This has been ongoing since 15 October. When I spoke to one of the operators they said they were phoning from Utah in USA, others all have foreign accents and are difficult to understand
