<p>I took my car to the Wynberg branch of Kessel Motors for a Daddys Deal service. They contacted me to tell me that extra repairs needed to be done, which I agreed to.</p> <p>I paid my bill without looking at it, because I know precious little about cars, but asked my son to look over it when I got home. I was charged R1,250.00 to replace & fit the distributor o-ring. Imagine my surprise when my son told me that my car doesn`t have a distributor!</p> <p>I phoned the Agents for my vehicle & another service station & they both quoted me R740.00 to supply & fit a coilpack o-ring, R500.00 cheaper than Kessel Motors.</p> <p>When I queried this with them, I was told that labour charges go up every 3 months & that the car needed to have diagnostics & electrical work done when this part was fitted. A most unsatisfactory & unbelievable story!!</p> <p>I feel ********** & will definately not be recommending them or taking my car back again.</p>
