Not a fan of spending money on my car, I find having to take it in for a service or to be fixed gives me absolutely no joy. It's money I could be spending on better things (as important as my car is). So when you find a "garage" that sort of manages to take the sting out of spending that money, they deserve a shout-out! From the first phone call making my enquiry, up to the last courtesy call to check I was happy with the work done, dealing with Kessel Motors Buitengracht has been a pleasure. I always dealt with a delightful young woman named Danielle. She was efficient, informative, practical, proactive and considerate. I felt my car was in good hands from start to finish after speaking to and meeting her. The mechanic dealt with the issue quickly and effectively. My petrol vehicle no longer sounds like a truck. If, like me, you have no clue when it comes to a decent mechanic, I had a good experience here and do not hesitate in recommending them.
