Thank you so much for going beyond my expectations & adding huge value to my driving experience. I’ve been aware of the fact that my car was idling high since I purchased it in 2020. I mentioned this to Subaru in Jhb before I bought the car but the told me a story about the battery running out & the computer needing time to “reset” etc. I just collected the car from Thorp in Plumstead yesterday & they didn’t identify or mention the problem at all. They just fixed the fuel intake pipe that caused the breakdown & left it at that. They also gave me a very high quote on oil change service and after some research I went with the cheaper option by bringing it to you the next day.

When I left my car with you for the minor service I was quite surprised to get a call within the hour explaining that you had found a problem with the car’s dirty accelerator cable butterfly assembly and how this was affecting my fuel consumption etc. I took you on your word that this was an issue that needed to be sorted out and accepted your quote over the phone.

It's hard to explain in words what a phenomenal change this simple fix has made to my driving experience. The car no longer idles over 1000rpm & stop-start acceleration & particularly hill starts are an absolute pleasure!

I will spread the word of this great experience & will be an ambassador for the great service received.
