Exceptional customer service experience - Kessel, Loop Street

A big thank you to Frans at the Loop Street Branch for the fantastic customer service experience. I arrived on Monday morning without getting in touch prior and was in great hands right up front. Frans was exceptionally professional and kept me updated all the way through the process. He took the time to explain exactly what was required before going ahead with the repairs, and also explained the process and what was done to the vehicle upon collection. This is not the first time that I have taken my vehicle to Kessel and experienced the same great service & professionalism the last time. Keep up the great work!
