Complete rip-offs

I took my car to Kessell Motors in Roodehek Street, Gardens and was told I had to have my water pump replaced for R9500. I took my car away and got another mechanic to quote on the water pump - he quoted me R2000 but upon inspection of my car said that there's nothing wrong with it. I have since heard that this is what they do, they are complete rip-offs. Do not trust a word they say.
