Bad Service

I went on 21/03/2015 and the place was close but I was told the place will be open on that day by the Reception as per telephonic in that week and I must bring the car back I am very unhappy with the service that I am getting because I told her I cant bring the car in the week only on a Saturday because I am working pls advice me regarding this matter thanks. <br> I have sent you a mail regarding my hand brakes and lights that was not adjusted in the service that is still the same but now my car is worse than before it brought it in for a service the car is jugging even if I drive in any gear and if I start it it ideals for a few seconds the switches of by it self dies and it was not like that before it is worse.<br> The jugging was never their now it is worse I had to leave my car parked because any thing ells can go wrong if the car is in use and I can't drive a car that is jugging on the road and does not Ideal normal any more please can you short this problems out my car is worse it never had this problems that I have now thanks.<br> I will bring it back on the 21/03/2015 as per previous email I am not happy with the service I got from you .
