Avoid Kessel Motors Buitengracht (Cape Town)

I sent my VW Polo in for a service at the Buitengracht Street branch of Kessel Motors in Cape Town. I was advised that my front suspension needs replacing (lower control arms and front stabiliser link rods). Was shocked as my car has done only 27,000km. I took my car to Hi-Q and Speedy for a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Turns out there is nothing wrong with my suspension and nothing needs replacing.

When I reported this to the regional manager Sandra, her response was aggressive and accusatory. Avoid this place like the plague!
