What a *******. Took my Audi A1 in to get the front lights fixed. They quoted me over R12,000. Got the job done somewhere else for R1,770. The Manager fobbed me off with the usual bulls*** with we only use original parts etc and wanted to charge me for a Control Unit that didn't need replacing.Don't go there!

I sent my car in for a service to Kessel Motors Gardens. It came back with paint chipped off the front grill area and greasey handmarks all over the bonnet, with nothing said. When I ask, the Manager what happened, he knows all about it and immediately tells me that a roofing contractor did it, while working above the cars, but that I should get quotes and they will get the contractor to pay for the damages. Three weeks later there is no action, no repair and the nameless contractor not heard from. Now I'm being told that the car came in with the paint damages, and they are just trying to help me as a courtesy. As part of this courtesy what they will do is try and help to get the contractor to pay for the repair. Really? They actually tell me this in an email. With this kind of honesty and business ethic, I have to wonder if the car even got serviced?
